We do not accept returns on prints; all print sales are final. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.If your prints arrive damaged, please take photos if damage is evident before opening the box, keep all packaging and photograph the damage, then contact with your order number and we will take care of this for you.
ORIGINALS
Please contact us for problems with original art. If your shipping box arrives in obvious damaged condition you MUST photograph the box before opening. Keep packing materials and send photographs of damage as soon as possible. Send the photographs and written description so we can process a claim with the shipper.
